CESM 介绍

CESM (Community Earth System Model) 是一个模拟地球气候系统的耦合气候模式，由模拟大气、海洋、陆地、河流径流、陆冰和海冰的模块组成

CESM2 需要的软件

• UNIX 风格的操作系统，如：CNL, AIX 或 Linux
  
• Python >=2.7
• perl 5
• subversion (>=1.8 and <=1.1)
• git >=1.8
• Fortran compiler (支持 Fortran 2003)
• C compiler
• MPI
• NetCDF >=4.3
• ESMF >=5.2.0 -- install
• pnetcdf >=1.7.0 (推荐 1.8.1) -- install
• Trilinos -- install
• LAPACK 和 BLAS
• CMake >=2.8.6 -- install
